Interview: Science journalist files suit alleging H1N1 ‘swine flu’ a hoax to sell vaccines

Interview with Jane Burgermeister, a science journalist who has filed criminal charges against the World Health Organization, U.S. officials and business executives. She alleges that the H1N1 “swine flu” pandemic is a hoax designed to sell vaccines.

Jane Burgermeister, an Austrian science journalist and investigative reporter has filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization, the United Nations, and high ranking U.S. officials and business executives. She alleges that officials conspired to use a virus – the H1N1 “swine flu” – that was engineered in a lab to create a flu pandemic in order to sell vaccines.

She calls it an act of bioterrorism.

Her accusations are extremely bold, yet carefully researched and documented and rely on evidence from published scientific research, legal actions, and interviews with prominent scientists. What Burgermeister has done is connect the dots, but has she come to the right conclusion?

The U.S. government has classified the bird flu and swine flu vaccines as bioweapons which would appear to some as incriminating, given the circumstances and the long strange tale of how vaccines become weapons.

One of the key points of Burgermeister’s suit is that the new strain of flu is a synthetic structural recombinant containing genes from birds, humans, and pigs from different continents. Burgermeister said it’s reasonable to assume it came out of a laboratory, specifically a bioweapons laboratory. “Mother Nature does not naturally recombine bird, swine and three human influenza viruses,” asserts Burgermeister. Further, some respected scientists who examined H1N1 say the virus contains strains of the 1918 Spanish Pandemic flu. That flu strain was reassembled by molecular pathologists at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington, D.C. and distributed to other agencies, the WHO and pharmaceutical companies around the world.

Another is that Baxter released contaminated vaccines onto the general public in Austria which resulted in death and sickness. She also warns of plans to make the vaccines compulsory in several countries in reaction to the manufactured pandemic.

On the surface the charge appears outrageous, and yet the evidence Burgermeister has gathered is compelling.

It’s also a lot to digest so I contacted Burgermeister to summarize her allegations.

F&S: You've gathered a mountain of evidence. Is the FBI conducting its own investigation? Are you confident that they will pursue these allegations?

JB: I have no confirmation the FBI are investigating but I was assured they have to by law investigate if there is credible evidence of a threat or else they expose themselves to the charge of being corrupted.

F&S: Are any other government entities pursuing an investigation into any of the allegations?

JB: The police here are investigating Baxter but Baxter is very powerful and the health minister and key politicians are all covering up and it will be difficult for any police to convict half the government!

I have evidence to this and will file fresh charges next week hence not much time right now.

F&S: How did you gain access to information that led you to conclude this was a mass conspiracy?

JB: I have no inside information. I am in Austria where the evidence of a deliberate contamination of 72 kilos by the very company that will supply the vaccines and I built up step by step from the verifiable evidence, examining Baxter and WHO's activities in different countries and seeing parallels in the legal framework.

F&S: There have been suggestions by scientists that the H1N1 could only have been manufactured in a lab. Are any government or scientific authorities supporting your claims?

JB: My claims are based on evidence.

Also, I am not a scientist and leave these matters to those who are experts and supply me with the genome analysis, etc., but even Adrian Gibbs, respected Australian virologist, said on record the swine flu was lab made. He said it was released by accident but I believe he was choosing his words carefully.

Also, a respected Paris organization has said the swine flu is a never before seen virus and has nothing to do with pigs, whereupon even WHO was forced to officially rename the virus.

My argument is these are not vaccines but bioweapons. The disease was genetically engineered and the virus deliberately released to trigger mass compulsory injections with a substance that is classified as a bioweapon according to the U.S. government.

F&S: Is there any chance that the H1N1, or H5N1 for that matter, came about due to negligence or incompetence? Why would Baxter, WHO and others named go to such lengths to deceive?

JB: There is always a motive for any well planned crime - and that is usually greed. What do Baxter and WHO gain by starting a pandemic and killing millions if not billions?

A great deal. Turns out legislation is in place to allow WHO and the UN to take over the USA and WHO and the EU will take over Europe if millions or billions die from the forced vaccination sparked by a so called "pandemic." So we have a motive for the crime too, a clear benefit.

F&S: Finally, you are challenging some very powerful people. Are you worried for your safety?

JB: I do not fear for my safety as I have no secret contacts, channels of information, am not an agent of any kind and have no real power. I am just a person who researches this kind of thing as part of their job and who found out from their neighbor about the Baxter incident when she handed me a report in the local newspaper.

Burgermeister has published articles on biotechnology and climate change for international research journals and publications including the British Medical Journal, Nature, and The Scientist.

Jane Burgermeister introduced some ideas in her evidence that can only be described as conspiracy on a grand scale. I tend to glaze over conspiracies since they are by nature conjecture, more often held worldviews that can never be changed much less proven.

It appears that the impact of Burgermeister's research and interviews into the development and alleged mishandling of vaccines are lost amid the conspiracy charges. Still, her accusations have generated significant interest, particularly since they name some prominent researchers. While I've taken some heat for even giving space to Burgermeister's allegations, I think readers can decide for themselves whether or not to dismiss Burgermeister as a conspiracy nut. The arguments she presents regarding the development, mishandling, testing and widespread marketing of vaccines deserve further scrutiny.

US law seems to support 1. forced vaccinations during a level 6 pandemic (can be forced via the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act -- level 6 was declared June 11th) together with 2. Companies who produce the vaccine are immune from prosecution if their vaccine causes death and injury.
That seems to be a pretty dangerous collection of laws. I think Jane has done a great job of connecting these various dots and exposing this evil possibility.

To anyone who has consistently researched the new world order and then thoroughly researched world history can be in no doubt that Jane is 100% accurate.
This has been a long time in the planning and is (for those who choose to investigate) part of the eugenics programme started by Darwen's nephew, carried on by Hitler and being brought to conclusion by Hitlers progeny in DC.

The way I see it, in order to gain the necessary certifications and licenses to manufacture products which must be exact in meeting their specifications, if only one single human life depends on the integrity of that product, then that manufacturer better have a triple redundancy system of verifying quality. In the case of a company like Baxter, whose products will affect millions, the fact that product was released that had the potential to cause genocide was not a mistake. It is unacceptable to even hear such words from the mouths of their representatives. Companies who wish to do business in this field DO NOT make mistakes. A thorough investigation should be conducted to determine who else is involved. Baxter should be stripped of all licensing and certification, regardless of the outcome of an investigation as it is clear that the people who own and operate this company are far too irresponsible to be worthy of the public's trust.

It is not so much whether or not these things are true, but rather that they could be true. The thought that organizations put in place to protect and serve us may have been allowed to grow so corrupt as to become the very entities we fear the most, is more disturbing than mere words could ever convey. The possibility that this could exist beyond our control, should be a wake up call to every man, woman, and child on the face of this planet.

As of July 16th. the W.H.O. will no long keep statistics on the h1n1...their last report was on July 27th. and read as follows: total cases world wide....134,503...total deaths (confirmed)world wide....816. With approximately 6.9 billion people on earth this would extrapolate to .... .001949% cases of h1n1 and ... .00001182% deaths. Yet the W.H.O. called for a level 6 pandemic! Does the W.H.O. know something that we don"t? You might ask yourself....what's going on here????

Of course as conspiracy theories go this ought to take the biscuit but, for those with eyes wide open, we have witnessed a ginormous military-industrial-chemical-oil-pharmaceutical complex using political puppets that somehow manufactured (to any rational scientific mind) 9/11 in the US, 7/7 in the UK, the Serbian, Iraqi, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Palestinian atrocities that are ongoing, so why not - realising they have been found out - complete the end game as soon as possible before common people decide en mass to do what our forebears would have, storm Parliament and Congress, making citizens arrests of all those reasonably suspected of being involved; I doubt the FBI will have either the balls or inclination to do its job, protecting the people, that way - but let's hope they have, and do.

The US is not only involved in the development of the N1H1 virus but has participated in mass research involving omitting DHA from infant diet (1982-2002) concurrent with the use of thimerosal (ongoing) and mercury (1990-2000) thus producing the current issues with an unprecedented escalation in developmental and behavior disorders in young children. Officials deny this, of course, reciting de jure principles unsupported by argument involving pros and cons of such allegations.

This is somewhat perplexing. How did the combination of these different influenza's get together naturally? It just does not make any sense. It is airborne and up to 33% contagious, this adds up to a designed virus. It might not just be about the money.

Maybe this is really about removing a large segment of the population. After all, now that John P. Haldren's opinion is Obama's opinion, maybe they have decided to put some of his theories of reducing the population to the test?

I would say the media created fear of the flu is the hoax. The point is that the flu is real, but its no where near as bad as the media has made it out to be and they want you to be afraid of it and get used to the idea that they can just close things down and take away more freedoms.

it's interesting to see Baxter's name in this. It was months ago, when first looking into this subject and deciding not to vaccinate, that I first saw Baxter in the news. In that case, the faulty vaccine was caught, because a lab tech injected some ready-for-market vaccine into ferrets, which all died. It was obvious to me at that time, that deadly vaccine was being produced, was no accident. The accident was a lab tech doing that final test before releasing the vaccine for human use.

at the very least, Baxter needs to go away. And I'm glad not to have taken the vaccine, nor my kids.

I ran across an interview Jane B gave to projectcamelot.com a few weeks ago. I had misconceptions about the way the H1N1 vaccines were developed, & warned everyone I loved, "not to get the shots." I was around in 1976 during the 1st swine flu debacle where the very same thing occurred. A supposed Swine Flu pandemic, & President G Ford on TV telling citizens to get their Vaccines. Hundreds of people came down with the Guillain Barre Syndrome, & many more died of unknown causes, so deaths were labeled Natural Causes. Some were healthy before getting the vaccine. This is another try at the attempt that failed then at depopulation. I know it sounds crazy, but when the facts are looked at with a open mind, there's n other possibility.

The story she refers to, namely Baxter released last year vaccines with living viruses detected by a lab in Prague was reported and vaguely linked to the "pandemic" which never happened. Baxter is the prime biological weapons contractor to the US Defence Dept.

I've read a few comments posted here, there seems to be a recurring theme.
The H1N1 UN/WHO global epidemic was and still his exactly what Jane Burgermeister describes. It may sound conspiratorial, far fetch, or even a bit nutty, but it aint. People I'm not here to tell you it's all true, I'm here to tell you do your own research. then and only then will we be able to have an inteligent adult conversation about this and other cooky conspiracy theories.
